This class is all about how to use silver glasses – including how to strike the color and reduce. You’ll learn how to use Diamond Clear to get one of the clearest clears possible. Have you wanted to use silver striking glass in your projects but hesitated because of the cost – and how expensive mistakes would be? This is your chance to experiment, learn to minimize loss, and even buy supplies for future use.
Instructor Abe Fleishman is one of the people who developed the 104 coe glass silver striking colors available today. For more than thirteen years, he has been lampworking in boro and 104 coe glasses.
Prerequisite: Intro to Torching or equivalent.
Materials: All materials used in class will be provided
