Isn't Robin the best? Always well packaged. Fast, and sometimes a free little gift. She's hard to beat.

What I may like more is her honest write ups about the frit. If I take the time to check I know what is fussy, what to use sparingly, etc.

I live in the UK and ordered some goodies on Sept 5th. The parcel was shipped the next day, but after a month had still not arrived.

Robin was really helpful throughout, and was kind enough to resend my order at no additional cost to me. I realise that she was not obliged to be so noble, and just want the world to know what great service she has provided.

I second (and third, and fourth . . .) that. Robin is the best. She is also very prompt in answering any questions about her products. I know there are other vendors who sell frit but until I try all of Robin's frit blends, there is no need to go elsewhere for a long while!

I just have to hop on the bandwagon and throw in my own praise for Robin. I placed an order a while back on a Saturday afternoon and had the frit waiting in my mailbox first thing Monday morning. I was shocked! I meant to write a thank you e-mail but time got away from me, so ... thank you Robin! And the frit was as wonderful as the customer service - I've had so much fun playing around with it!

I've been dithering FOREVER about which colors to try & agonizing over the fact that none of her samplers seemed "perfect" for me ('cause I'm picky) & then I noticed her website said something about custom samplers available "stock permitting"....:D
An email later & I had A SET WITH JUST THE COLOR SAMPLES I WANTED :koolaid:
& a lovely little gifty too!! Super fast shipping & now all I want is this silly wind to die down so I can get outside & melt some glass & try out all my new colors!!! :)

My very first online order was for frit from Robin. When it arrived the whole package was crushed with apologizes from the post office. Some of the fit was missing. I thought it was quite humorous that the post office manged to crush even a package full of crushed glass. When I emailed Robin she quickly sent me more.
