2 oxy cons question

I am getting a second oxy con from a friend, but it is not the same brand as the one I already own. Is this a problem? I read somewhere that having the same kind hooked together is advisable.

For those of you that have two, do you have the same brand? Does it matter?

Mine aren't the same. No problems that I can tell. One is an Alliance and one is Mobilaire. They have different fittings though. One is a screw on thing and one just has a barb for the hose. No biggie at all.

Hey, Christie! Me, too. I just got a second concentrator for my Bobcat! It shipped today. I can't wait to see if I can get some colors out of my raku with that extra oxygen. Oh, and I just had to tell them what my first concentrator was and they're sending me the correct hook-up for it.

Mine are not the same and they work fine,I set the flow at about 4 lpm
