OK, for all you experts, here's your laugh for the day. For all you newbies, don't wait as long as I did to figure this out...
I discovered just this last week that when I'm melting dots flat that I can influence how they melt by where I stick the bead in the flame. If I put them in on the left side of the flame it melts them one way; if I switch to the right side of my flame it melts them the opposite way. No more hoping those blobs of glass go where I want them by magic...It was the coolest discovery. I don't understand quite why it took me so long to figure this out. I suspect it's pretty basic. LOL!
