Back in July of 2005, when I started making beads I ws using a HH & Mapp
gas sitting at a metal folding table that wobbled. Just look at me now thanks to my DH who built my table, the ventilation system, and made the winning bids on ebay for my kiln and oxycon.

Very nice!! Everything looks great!!! I see your Passing The Flame book. I love that book. What a great learning tool.

Are you using Natural Gas and a Minor?? How does that work for you?

I am using a mini cc, NG & and oxycon. I am still trying to learn my new flame, but what a pleasure to torch away and not worry about fuel. I just finnished putting away all the glass I ordered from Jo-Del Glass, the cupboard that the kiln rests on was perfect for glass storage. Thanks to everyone for posting their studio pics, they were a big help when I trying to decide just what I wanted.

BEAUTIFUL!!!! It's so bright and shiny! You are very lucky to have such a handy and thoughtful partner. :) I love the way your NG is plumbed - looks solid as a rock. You are SET!!!!! Have fun! - Heather

Great studio! I am going to set up with NG and an oxycon as well so it's nice to see the 'look'. I used a minicc at Mari's yesterday with an oxycon and propane and it was still nice and hot. Hope I don't get so spoiled that I don't want to go back to a minor!

HI...

Would it be possible to take another picture of your gas supply. It looks like a very good example on "how to" install a Natural Gas or piped in propane (low pressure) gas supply...
