Hi Jack- I have tried to reach you by phone, but your phone isn't taking calls. Says it is full.

I have been waiting on the status of my M15 concentrator. If you remember right, it was brand new, but the casing etc was broke in shipping. You told me to ship it back, (at a cost of 109.00 which you said you would reimburse me for).

I would like to know when my unit will be shipped and when I will get my shipping charge back.
