I am looking for a cat tutorial- the kind that has the big "fat" body that is kind of shaped like a flat teardrop?
Thanks! Renee

Renee -
I put a very badly photographed short cat head tut on the patio, Cat exchange - that you can use. You can also see MANY of my catz on there to see how they are made in general - I'm crazy about making catz!!!LOL
Basically for the body you need a good size bell shape (I do between 1 1/2 t0 2 inches) with a little extra glass at the top for the head. I like to work the head at the end of my mandrel...Add your pattern or dots or whatever, them squish..that is when you add the ears, face, & the last, the tail.. let me see what you have done and I can probably give some more pointers..if you need them
When I took Trey Cornettes class I learned I can make really BIG kitties - 3 inches or bigger with the same shape & squish method.
Hope this helps some
