View Full Interactive Version Of This Page : Let's play name that coral odd lot!
I've got about a million and a half corals, and none of them are labeled! I'd love to know what certain ones are, so I can track more down.
The one all the way to the right is Dusty Rose, and I just tossed that in for comparision.
Looking at an old order form, I know that one is Peachy Pink, another is Mustard (the lightest one?), and one is Tequila Sunrise (the bright orangey one?). The others? no clue.
Many thanks!

This is extra hard: I've found yellow-orange-reddish colors to be the most difficult to get a consistent portrayal of in digital photos.

You might want to post a pic of the ends of the rods as well. I have a variety of corals, too but couldn't tell you which is which unless it's in a batch that I have labeled.

I'll take a shot of the ends tomorrow - thanks for help so far!

Two shots of the ends. I didn't have the earlier photo with me so I didn't know what order they were in originally.

They all look like variations that were introduced recently i.e. 2005
None of them look like the original tequila sunrise. You might want to try Jo-Del as she seemed to have the most number or variations on coral that you could find.
Cheers.

grrrrrrrr... One of them was sold to me as Tequila Sunrise from Jodel early in 2005. And I thought I had the original good stuff!
Thanks for helping!
I too just bought a tequila sunrise coral that is not the *nice* one. Mine is just orangy-butter, no pink at all in it.

The original stuff came out in 03-04 sometime. At one point someone did name a batch Tequila Sunrise but it was not the original stuff.
Confusing, isn't it??

confusing is right!! i love odd lots, but keeping them all straight is practically a full time job!
one of them looks like the medetrainian red coral I have some of. it would help to identify them if you melted the tips a bit to see the results. ( its the one right next to the dusty rose)

In the first pic.,the second bundle from left is the most luscious mango/ yellow glass. I LOVE that stuff! I bought it under the "Tequila Sunrise" name quite some time ago but I can't tell you when. It should have a faint pinkish thin line down one side. I also bought some from JoDel which was supposed to be the same color but it's just another coral shade.
Fifth from left looks just like the stuff I got from JoDel.
Far right is a gorgeous color that I miss dreadfully. I think it was like a red/ coral or brick red/ coral or something. Strikes awesome!
The rest all seem to have the orangish tone instead of that luscious pinkish hue. I have a few stringers of the pink in my stash. I'll probably never use it because it's too precious.:-D
Don't let that mango out of your sight!
