Hi there, how are you ?

I am a lampworker for 5 years now and I never joined a class.
So everything I learned, I learned from books or tutorials.

It always took me and still takes me much time
to search the web for new tuts.

In the meantime there are many wonderful tutorials
and some of the tuts I know, already exist for years - real treasures !

I believe that tutorials are a big knowledge fund -
for beginners and also for professionals.

Well, before lamporking I worked as a web designer
and so I had the idea to offer a portal for all kinds of links
to tutorials concerning lampworking and jewelry making.
.............................................
Please have a look:
http://www.lampworktutorials.com/

Tutorial authors can submit links to their tutorials:
PDF files, Videos, CDs, books, magazines, etc.
no matter if they are free or for sale.

Your membership and tutorial submissions are for free.

All members can rate and comment tutorials, like here:

a star bead video from verena
http://www.lampworktutorials.com/detail/link-59.html

or here: a tutorial about silver glass from angela
http://www.lampworktutorials.com/detail/link-34.html

Please visit the FAQ page in order to learn more.

If you have any questions, suggestions or wishes,
please contact me via the website's contact page
http://www.lampworktutorials.com/contact.php
.............................................
If you register until 30.04.2009
you can win one of my PALLENO donuts :-)

Your membership is highly appreciated.
Enjoy this new web site, submit the links to your great tuts
and tell others about these good news!
.............................................
I also want to thank you for your numerous registrations and submissions so far,
and your kind words - I received many e-mails !!

Especially I want to thank Jenell for her help and presenting "Lampwork Tutorials" on lampworketc. 3 days ago :-)
.............................................

Many thanx for your participation !
I wish you a good week

Greetings, Lina ~~

Lina, This is such a great idea. I think your site will become "the" place to go for instructional tutorials for lampworkers.

Thanks so much for doing this. I hope it's a hit!

Lina~~

I just love this idea!!! I'm all about helping others learn and although I had some bumps-in-the-road first registering with the site, you were extremely patient with me in helping me succeed!!!

I am going to go now and resubmit my Tutorial on Hot Head Reduction, and am enjoying seeing all the wonderful information that can be accessed there in one single site!

A fabulous idea! Wishing you great success...

Warm regards from CA,

Lina is the best! She was soooooooooo patient with me for listing SE2s and SE3s on her site!

Just one suggestion - perhaps you should require the tutorial for sales listings to have a price in the description so that can tell the free ones from those without having to click the link? OR perhaps split them up so you have two different areas - free tutorials and shop for tutorials? I just thought that this may be a good time to do that before the site gets so big that it's more time consuming to do so in the future.

Thank you again, Lina! I have more to list soon! ;-)

Thank you everybody ! You are very nice ~~ :-) ~~

I am happy to have you on board !!

@Hayley
Within the next months I am going to make the site more and more comfortable.
You may place the price of your tutorials ontop of your description.

@Naos
Hi Amber, thank you ! Love your silvered beads and patterns :-)

Have a good day
