Nita, they work great for that- red always sells well, but I think doing different things to the colors would be great. What about making them seasonal by the colors you choose?

Thanks for posting your awesome photo. First time? Your shrooms turned out great and look how nice they are at the very top. That's the hardest spot, if people forget to do that wrap to get a good end on them.
