I have never washed or replaced my OxyCon filter , it hasn't gotten a terrible amount of use yet but I know I should do it .
Do you wash and /or replace the filter regularly?

I wash the foam once a month and change the filter every 6 months.

Hi all, does anyone know where you can purchase replacement filters for an older oxycon? The one I am looking for is a devilbliss MC 44-90. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks all:poke:

A couple years ago, I was able to find them on ebay for my older oxycon. I haven't looked for them since.

Where is the filter on the DeVilbis? I wash the foam one regularly, but am not sure where the other filter is.

I am very interested in this because i have the same one and I do wash the foam every month but have never replaced the other one and the machine seems to be not working that well. Is the other filter the little white box inside?

Hi all, I have washed all the foam filters, but the white plastic one in the back of the oxycon is the one that needs to be replaced. I noticed I was having alot of sputtering with my torch and my hubby said it needed to be replaced. So if any of you guys know where to get one, I would appreciate suggestions. So to answer your questions, debi and crystal, yours may need to be replaced as well. It has worked well up until the filter needed to be replaced. thanks to all :-D

Google the brand and model name of your oxycon and "replacement filter" - that should locate a supplier. :)

Do not neglect your filters. Ask me how I know. I work in my dirty garage which is even more reason to change your filters regularly. It cost me a bomb to get my oxy con fixed and much of it could have been avoided if I had been more vigilant about maintenance.
