Get the excess water to evaporate from the bead release solution?
I added too much water and it's too thin. I've left the lid off for several days and keep checking it daily, but at the moment, it's still too runny...
Sometimes I go days without torching (much to my dismay  ). When I do, the water rises to the top of my release and I have to remix. You might try putting the lid on and leaving it a couple of days. If yours does the same thing, you can just pour off the excess. Of course, by then it's possible you won't have to pour it off, just mix it.
To increase the rate of evaporation you could pour some into a wide shallow container (pan, bowl) to give a larger surface area and let it sit some place warm with moving air (your work bench with the ventilation on, outside in the sun ...)

How about just pointing a hot hair blower on the container? Or pouring it in a metal container and just putting in 250 degree oven?

ooh. din't think of the hair dryer. Will try that!
Unfortunately when my release settles all the grey stuff goes to the top...

Dip the mandrels, let them dry, then dip again. The dry bead release from the first dip will soak up some of the extra liquid from the second dip and make the second coat stick pretty good. I would let the mandrels air dry instead of using your flame. If the release is really runny, it might take one more coat.
Hope this helps.
