A oxygen concentrator or oxygen generator (same technology different application terminology) usually supplies 95% to 98% "pure" oxygen at output end of hose to torch. Usually at a pressure of 6-8 psi...
A compressor (usually termed as "air compressor") usually puts out high pressure air at the normal 19.8% oxygen content. Same oxygen content as air we normally breathe.
