Help with Wine Stoppers

I am a fairly new to beading. I recently purchased about 20 of the cluster beadable wine stoppers from Karen Thomas.com and need someone to tell me the best way to attach the beads in a cluster like she shows on her web site. I would really like to make these as Christmas gifts but have become totally frustrated attaching beads. Any help with this would be so so appreciated

If you got the Wine500 items, it looks like you would put a head pin through the bead and then do a wrap to fit on the stem sticking up. Then just stack them on the stem to achieve the look that you want. I'm just guessing.
