Can't find how to make your own hot fingers

Help! I have a bad case of CRS. I remember reading about how to make your own hot fingers. Can't remember if it was here or Wet canvas, might even have been somewhere else. I have searched like crazy and just can't seem to find it.I know you use a pin vice and old mandels. After that Iam lost. Does anyone know or search better then I do where it is at??
