I have looked around a bit and was wondering if they even make coe104 in thicker rods? I want about 10mm or so. I appreciate it!

You might try Frantz. I have seen some of the colors in much thicker rods there.

You can get vetrofond clear from frantz in up to 17-18 mm, and lots of sizes smaller than that... but I dunno about color.

You can ask for the conicals which are usually thicker rods at Frantz.

Lauscha often has variable sizes of their rods. I've seen 8-10mm listed.

Both are compatible, technically. The Vetrofond seems to have no problems at all, and the people sometimes find certain of the Lauscha colors touchy. But almost all the Lauscha is a bigger rod size.

Czech glass comes in thicker rods and comes in a 104 COE. Their website is http://www.checkglass.com

Well I placed an order with Frantz glass. The webpage stated that someone would call me to discuss shipping. How long does that usually take? I ordered the moretti 9-10 mm a pound and I also ordered the assortment pack for 50$ 81 rods. Soooo looking forward to it!

They are open today. Instead of waiting for them to call, why don't you call them first? They have an 800 number so it's free for you.

Lol, I just received a lauscha order the other day, and geez, those are murderweapons , 16 mm rods!!! Way too big, but hey, it's glass and my torch eats it alive:)
You might want to try lauscha, the rods are always somewhat thicker then moretti
