....totally rocks!

My EX-15 was giving me some worries early this evening. Friday. After 7:00 pm Eastern. Too late to call and it's Friday, I thought, but what the heck. I gave it a try anyway.

Paul answered right away. He took all the time necessary to walk me through some diagnostics. Things turned out to be OK. He was getting ready to leave, but he gave me a number to reach him if there were any more questions that came up.
