Armadillo bead question

When I make them, the dot and clear don't overlap. The dot just ends up crescent shaped, right next to the other crescent shaped dots. I've even tried drooping them a lot. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Patti... can you show a picture or give a little more info? I am not sure what you are saying and a visual always helps so much in getting answers.
