As far as I know they just got a bad batch and pulled it temporarily,but I could be wrong!

I have to agree here! I'm not sure what happened the first time, nor do I care but taking back a product when it was sold to Mike just doesn't seem right. Wasn't it yours Mike? Or were you just temporarily selling it??
