I was the unfortunate recipient of some of the bad Bucket O' Mud. I can't tell you how discouraging that was. I love that stuff. Anyway, I emailed Moretti and More, and Donelle emailed me back really quickly. She checked to see if they could find me a good bottle, and when that failed, she sent me another option. She responded so quickly, that in just a couple days time, I had my new bead release. I love Bill and Donelle. They truly are great people.8)
