Best opaque colours to use under Psyche?

Which opaque colours work best under DH Psyche??

Opal yellow is my fav, Vanessa

It does some pretty nifty things with psyche.

I also like copper green.

Canyon de chelly gets some awesome shadows beneath silver glasses and seems to make them really pop.

There was a thread here recently with some good stuff to do with psyche...

you can get it to go pink if you do it right with the opal yellow too!
I just love it with anything gotta say....

I really like it on transparent green!!! mmmmm or against purple... then partially encased... its a cool effect!

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I tried it on opal yellow then encased but I got a large amount of brown. I don't think I'm handling this glass properly yet :(

Psyche doesn't like to be reduced with too much heat or you do get it to go brown. Ask me now I know. After you've put the psyche over the opal yellow and melt it in, let it get really cool. I put it under my bench to make sure there is no glow. Then, reduce it without heating it. Just a few quick passes in the back of the flame. (I use (oxy down). When it starts to go shiny, you've got it. Encase and voila. I also like to use psyche over silver pink.
