Blank Color Charts???

Aren't there blank color charts for most all of the COE's? I know that I've seen them somewhere but I've spent the last couple hours looking and well...empty. I'm sure it would have been within my next half hour but....well...thought I would throw it out there. Maybe someone knows right where they are....thread? website?

Sample cards measures 17" wide by 11" tall. We carefully laid them out in an orderly fashion by category. The card is of white paper to reflect the true color of the glass. The card is mounted to foam core to make it durable and rigid for handling and/or framing. Use the blank card to glue on your own glass samples. Both the Effetre and Bullseye cards, with glass samples, come with a gold metal picture frame.
