View Full Interactive Version Of This Page : BE Antique White - anyone playing?
I got some Antique White last week with my order and have played with it a little. It's supposed to be VERY reactive. Has anyone been playing? This is one of the reactions I got:

yummm, purple...oh, and there's blue in there too huh? Those are great colors Pam. I like the black striations. Is this with your new oxy generator?

Pam are you saying that you didn't use purple and blue but the purple and blue came out of the white??
Hi Kristy, Yes, it is on the new generator (wonderful thing that it is), but I love the reaction of the pink, purple and blue with the white, making the black striations!! Here's another pic using almost the same colors, notice the black lines:

I am having way too much fun!!
Oh, and you have to try the Travertine - it fumes, sort of, making a hazy finish over a color. Here is a fish that started out as a dark green, then cased in Travertine.

I'm sorry, Nicole, I didn't mean to be unclear. The bead had pink, blue and purple on it, then I attached a tiny fiber of the white to it, and the reaction was to make the black striations.
Come to think of it, wouldn't it be nice to have a single rod that could make the blue, pink and purple?
I just got mine this afternoon. I will be playing tomorrow. I wish I could see your pictures in your second post.
Sooooo if we like the antique white enough will it become a regular color? How do they determine that? I was rather suprised the opal rhubarb shift made it as a regular. Not my favorite. But petal pink is awesome! I guess I didn't need to stock up for a lifetime, huh?
oh there they are! I love what the travertine does. Thanks for a great starting point.

Great fishies, Pam! I've resisted buying the Travertine...didn't look too interesting. Sigh! Another BE color to order! lol!

Isn't it funny that the things you don't think you will like so much really are fantastic. Now I have to go back and see what else I have missed. The white, btw, on the second fish is also the Antique White. I think I'm going to like that one a lot. And thanks for liking the fish. They are always so much fun to do!

Hi Bonnie~
Antique white is a special production color, not one in their regular line, so it won't come with your starter pack. Hopefully, if we all love it and beg enough, they will make it a regular color though :D
