Tips for Reich. Multicolor dark 104?

I've been drooling over all the multicolor dark beads in the gallery, and finally broke down and ordered some of this glass for myself. Are there any tricks to working it? I love the color variations I've seen. Should I work it cooler, hotter, strike it, ??? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!

It's a silver glass. Superheat, cool and strike. It's very pretty encased too. :)

I have found this glass very easy to use. I just heat it until it glows, shape it, let it cool slightly, put back in the flame and there ya go. It is the easiest of all the silver glasses for me to use.
