I'm in the same boat, and it looks like just about any place that sells torches also sells hoses, regulators, etc. Most are also helpful via email if you're not sure what you need.
The hose you need for a concentrator can be inexpensive clear tubing that can be purchased at most hardware stores. The concentrator is low pressure so this will work just fine!
The hose you need for propane should be "T grade" welding hose. It can be be bought at a welding supply along with the regulator you need for propane. The regulator should be "2 stage" gauge that is readable in lower pressures. One that is made for Acetylene is the same as a propane regulator.

Thank you loco I am going to print your reply out and bring it to the welding store this weekend.
I just can't wait for the torch and concentrator to come in now. I am just so excited.

Using welding "twin hose" will provide you with fuel hose (that fits torch and regulator) and oxygen hose (that fits concentrator connection).. All you need to do is separate the hose required distance to get propane outside and keep concentrator inside. Be aware the red welding hose is LEFT-HAND thread (grooves on flats where you apply wrench indicate this).
Hose for fuel (propane) needs to be type "T" hose or "Propane Approved" hose... Propane will eventually cause deterioration in type "R" or "RM" welding hose used for Acetylene. The rubber inside the type "R" or "RM" hose flakes off and plugs torch and valves and hose begins to leak...
Also you don't necessarily need a expensive 2 stage regulator, (about $200) a simple single stage regulator will work (about $75)...
Another consideration may be a "pancake style" regulator for gas appliances and BBQ 's. Also available at RV parts sources....

The trick here is to get a "B" fitting from welding store and adapt it to pancake regulator so "welding " hose will connect.
This arrangement will work with any torch that works with low pressure NG that is available in residential situations. Torches like the Nortel Minor, or GTT Bobcat, National 8M and a few others.... Cost a whopping $25....
