What do those terms mean? Obviously transparent you can see thru but the pastels are not all pastel colored and I have no clue on opalino or alabaster. I am planning on ordering some glass but don't want to order the wrong thing and end up disappointed in what I get.
Thanks for your help,

"pastels" are just opaque rods. They can be light "pastel" colors or darkand/or bright or subdues and organic. Ivory, tongue pink, Powder Pink, Sage, Avocado, Bright Acid Yellow, Pink, Purple (EDP), Carrot Red, Dark Purple Red, Dark Silver Plum, etc., all are "pastels". Alabastros and Opalinos are semitranslucent. The Opalinos are more translucent than the Alabastros and the Alabstros are more colorful than the Opalinos. The Opalinos and Alabastros are difficult to keep from boiling or burning, the rods are shocky, and they are not very compatible with the rest of Effetre. Sometimes, they are not even compatible with themselves, which is too bad becuase the colors are wonderful!!
