lauscha tubes

Has anyone tried using lauscha tubes? Do they give the same effect as seeded glass from Moretti?

I've used Lauscha tubing, but it's nothing like the Effetre tubing. Lauscha tubing is striped and such to make pretty patterns in the glass when you blow it out.

Lauscha tubing is for blowing. Effetre tubing was made to be cut into beads and used in curtains.

Tink, I knew you would know, if anyone did. I was hoping the Lauscha tubing would catch air bubbles when it melted and give a similar effect as the other tubing. Oh well. I can always try to blow it.

OMG! You're THAT Lisa??? I can never, ever match up online people with in-real-life people. LOL! I'm planning to get a good grip on using the Lauscha tubing by the time I teach at Portia's this fall so I can show the folks in my Saturday class how to use it.
