A customer of mine wants a glass cab that looks like tortoiseshell. I've got some glass sheets to look at at Delphi later this week but I'll just bet someone has made a frit mix that would give me the same effect and I wouldn't have to buy a big sheet of glass to make a couple 2" square cabs

I'm looking for any frit blend that resembles tortoiseshell...I really want to make this one special so if anyone has a suggestion, I'd really appreciate it

Thanks Nikki...I forgot I had some of that...you're right, it does look like it might work also. A little bit of goldstone powder might help too...wonder if I can find some?

I use Mocha Sundae by Glass Diversions for my tortoise shell beads.
It is perfect and more like a tortoise shell than Ocelot Spots. (IMHO)
Good Luck,
Renee

Safari from Glass Diversions is nice, too - I forgot about that one, need to go play with it again. :)
