Bottle stopper question -

I've seen that most prefer the woodturnerscatalog.com bottle stoppers and am wondering about mandrel size and what you guys have successfully used.

I actually have one of each but I'm afraid one will never work.

The threaded thingie on this one is really big, has anyone used this with any luck??

This one looks like a 1/8 mandrel might work, but can someone confirm that it will??

The top one is 1/4" double dipped or 5/16".
