Wow – What a shipment!!!

Ok, we actually have 2 new shipments, from both Vetrofond and Effetre. They both came in within a couple of days of each other, and WOW – are they exciting!

I use alot of different glasses for color reasons. I do love bullseyes pink and purples but.....I have no complaints about effetre or any of the dealers or colors. Not everyone makes the same things....how borring would THAT be?

We took the photos today and we will post them on Friday. Thanks David, today was going really good, got a crown put on my tooth in the morning and then read your post! David is a good guy and buys from Frantz Art Glass and thinks that the Italian glass companies have been making the same colors for one hundred years, please, tell me something I do not know. Actually in the past five years Effetre has produced over 35 new colors! You're Welcome!

I love when vendors announce truly new colors. The Intense Papaya/Tangerine and the Pineapple both look lovely. And hey, new colors are fun! I hope they keep doing it. Ink Blue Violet was one of the BEST new colors to come out in a long time. SO much better than any of the other purples. One of these days I hope Effetre or Vetrofond comes out with a new opaque bright pink. That would make my decade!

However, I don't think this is David's problem. It's a long way from Cape Cod to Shelton.

I like the people at Frantz better than the people at Olympic Color. I would prefer to give my money to Mike because they give such good service, he gives away tons of glass in contests and stuff and some of the people there are actual glass artists. And there is a cute dog.:happy:
