Is there a good tutorial out there for bead caps?

I just bought Ronnie Renee's and it is excellent! Hodgepodgerie on etsy also has one that is very good. I have both and they are both excellent!

Can someone tell me what these bead caps are made from? Are they PMC or metal formed?

You can do either, but most are metal formed.

Thanks. Just wasn't sure. I haven't done either but thinking about trying PMC. Just haven't taken the big step yet. Maybe I'll practice with polymer clay first...LOL

Here are some I did in silver PMC:

And bronze metal clay:

I use large gemstone beads (on a tray of lampwork, no less) to form the caps while the clay dries:

Is Ronnie's PMC or metal?

Laura, those are so cool, thanks for sharing. I so want to try PMC. I have a larger kiln just sitting there waiting to be used for that.
