Regalias, who has the best price and is a reliable company?

I think I'm going to break down and buy a Regalia, unless someone talks me out of it. I'm running a Lynx on two oxy concentrators, but I am just not getting the o2 I need. In neutral flame the candles are very very short and most things reduce way too easily. So who has the best prices, is reliable and honest ? I will be at the Gathering since I live in Louisville.
