So I had an order that I tried to push through today (first time ordering with them EVER) and I had a bit of a snag... it just wouldn't go through, and I thought I was doing something wrong/had possibly ordered twice! Well, I called Frantz, not expecting to hear back for a day or two, and I got a call back almost immediately.
Stacy (I think her name was) explained the whole process to me, helped me push the order through online, and cleared up any confusion and was *SO* nice to me! I have never had a better customer service experience... EVER.
Totally gonna shop with them from now on :P
