Every time I have an issue or don't understand the glass (maybe it's the operator](*,)) The guys at ABR are their, Email or phone call. They are the deffintion of Customer Service.

I can't believe you have had unresolved issues with ABR. I have been ordering glass from them as well as others for 3 years now. There have some minor issues with orders from EVERY supplier; usually stock out or shipping. Dave and Ross ALWAYS credit my account or send the glass when it comes it.
I also greatly value their glass knowlege. When ever the glass grows a mind of it's own (unfortunetly often !!!!) they are always here to help figure things out..
I would not post here, if I didn't stand behind them and their integrity.
