I have been ordering quite a bit lately, all from AI and she must have elves working flat out there 'cause I'm getting shipping confirmations 2 hours after placing my order (which tend to be heaps of small quantities of 30 diff colours + bits and pieces). It takes me more than 2 hours to put the order together ...
