We are pleased to once again offer the Work Exchange (WE!) Program for our annual conference. This year, we will need six volunteers to donate at least ten hours each in exchange for a reduced conference fee. Work done in exchange will vary, but may include responsibilities such as checking attendee badges, assisting with registration, tours, auctions, or helping with various conference events. WE! assignments will be based on the order in which they are received. We encourage all members who are attending the Gathering to consider applying for this great program.
Applications for the WE! Program must be submitted by Friday, March 8, 2013. Notification of acceptance will be made by Wednesday, March 20, 2013.
