Exactly where during the check out process do I enter the coupon code? I am trying to place an order but as yet haven't found a place to enter it. Sorry for the probably dumb question but I don't want to hit the send button and miss the free shipping. Thanks.:-)

It will take you all the way to the end...

You will have clicked to Step 5 Order Confirmation. And then the Coupon code will be at the bottom. Under the Grand Total. Let me know if this makes sense.

I did find the coupon code box but when I entered the code and clicked apply, it deleted the code from the screen and did not remove the shipping. Am I doing something else wrong?

I tried again and finally noticed a message that said the shipping method I have chosen can't be used with that coupon. I tried fed-ex and UPS ground - neither worked. Which one should I choose?

Oh, just choose standard shipping USPS ... I will ship priority mail and it will go out first thing in the morning.
