Quick propane tank Question

Is it dangerous to have the propane tank just sit on the asphalt driveway with the sun beating on it? Should I raise it on blocks and/or shade it somehow? It's hot here is why I'm asking, 90's or so, and i'll be using it tomorrow. Thanks!

Quick answer...NO....

Actually propane tanks sit on ground in all kinds of conditions for raging desert heat to icy cold and no ill effects on tank...
