help!! new onxy

Hi guys,
Just got my brand new onyx. Now I'm ready to torch......now what the heck do I set this bad boy on? The valve runs to 100. Ok, means nothing to me. I just want to know where to set it for my bobcat. LPM I get, this I'm lost.

Please help, I haven't torched in soooooo long. Now it's here, and I still can't.

I run "BOB" on 5 (propane) and oxy concentrator at 4.5

That's the problem, it's not in LPM. It's in percent and I don't know what equals what. I finally just fired it up and adjusted til the flame looked about right. I ended up at the 50% mark....have no idea if that was right. I don't want to screw it up the first day I got it.

Michelle,

I run a generator on a Lynx - I keep my propane on 5 and I turn the knob on my generator at the highest level. Once I turn the torch on the "ball" drops down to 60-50% and runs great.
