My oxycon started hollering for help today, and after we took the back off & realized the fan had stopped, I ran inside & called OxygenPlus. Larry answered and he was so helpful, and told me some things that may help me in the future too.
I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to help me with my problem, and in a pleasant and professional way.
