Zanfirico sample

Howdy...

I recently purchased some glass and in with the order was a stub (about 2 inches of what I think is Zanfirico)....the diameter is quite large, clear, with a blue ribbon running through it.

Is this Boro or regular soft glass - just curious? How would a person use this? Make a gathering with it or decorate with it? It seems rather large to use just as surface decoration.

I found some glass on ebay.de here. The link was given to me by Miriam (NL) (Thanks, Miriam!). His website is www.beadbox.de and I think he is in your neighborhood somewhere - Offenbach.

I mainly was looking for a local source for beadpens and found what I needed. I also bought about 12 different colors of Moretti from him. He gave me the piece of Zanfirico and another piece of I am not sure what yet!

His service was really fast (bought Sunday and delivered today!) and was packaged great! Check it out.

Otherwise, I have been buying from GlasDesign in Hamburg. Where do you get your glass from?
