Photoshop 7.0 Tutorial?

Does anyone have Photoshop 7.0 and if so can you give me some hints or direct me to a tutorial that I have missed!!

Duh!!!??? LOL Thanks Shawnette!! I was wondering how to make the background of my photos nice and white with a bit of shadow around them. I have seen so many nice images that really show the sparkle and I just cant seem to figure it out!

The first one I did to help folks get images that will look good and still fit size restrictions of forums / ebay communities and load quickly for auctions.
