help posting pictures

I think I'm ready to start sharing in the show and tells!!
where do I get instructions on how to post post pictures?

Hi Cyndi, you start by clicking 'go advanced' option. The you will get the image uploader under all those smileys.
Click the image uploader, click browse, the fing the pic you want to upload, click on it, then click submit button.
When you see your image on the list, click the image number (its in the far right) to upload it to your post.
