There seems to be a lot of people using a cheetah and I read the other day about not being able to do bead detail work with it. How true is this or did the person maybe not know how to adjust the flame...??
I'd love to see some datail work someone has done with the cheetah...
Thanks in advance...
Joe

I'm thinking the person just isn't used to the torch. You can do detail work on a Cheetah.

I was hoping you would chime in as I thought you were using one. Thanks for the info. I'm planning on getting one soon and didn't know if I should keep my other torch for small work or not...

It's always good to have a backup torch. I sold my Lynx, but I still have my MiniCC and my Hothead. I still use them, too.

To get the small flame on the Cheetah, just use the red and blue valves with the green valve barely cracked open. It isn't a needle flame like the Lynx (it's more carrot-shaped), but it does get pretty small.
