another question about connecting 2 concnetrators

i am stupid,
sorry....

I need to connect 2 oxgen concentrators.

I have a new Y connect with 2 male ends that Y into 1 female end.

I have no idea what to do next!
i have seen that some ppl use clear tubing and that others use oxygen hoses.

i am clueless.

do i need christmas tress on my concentrators?

you need the christmas trees and clear tubing with the Y connector. clear tubing goes onto each christmass tree and connects to the Y then you need a plastic adapter for the oxygen hose to screw onto the clear plastic hosing. here are some pictures.
