Just wanted to post a quick kudos for Justin, who personally made sure that I got the intake and compressor filters I needed to get my concentrator on its feet again! He called me long-distance for 23 minutes to walk me through my first installation and was very patient with me in describing the various components (which isn't easy to do over the phone!). I'm pleased to say that my O2 is now running strong, my torch is happy, and I'm very happy! Thanks Justin - you're the best!!!
