Do you need a kiln or just an annealer?

I bought bricks and element wires from AIM kiln in Corvallis OR..
Also local businesses that work on boilers have the bricks...

Don't know where you live, but yesterday, at Boeing Surplus in Kent WA I saw boxes and boxes of firebrick, really cheap. They were about 14" x 14" squares, black.

any big ceramic supplier will sell kiln brick.
I have not seen a glass supplier with it.
for directions on building one I would also search under
ceramic kilns in the library.
