I Need A Banner Made

I'm sick of trying to figure this out!! GRRRR and the free banner sites look icky w/ their nag tag on them. I'm ready to publish my site but can't get this ONE thing to where I like it.
Who in here makes banners and what's it gonna cost me? this is for my website then to use in here and other forums as a link.

I make banner, logo and buttons and website. A simple banner/logo will cost you US $ 10.00, and up to $ 20.00 for more flashy one. I will throw in the buttons for free. If you need my help, PM me! Take care!
