View Full Interactive Version Of This Page : Orange flowers?
Ok I am in love with my Rose Bouquet frit from Glass Diversions. It is sort of a peach or orange and pink blend. I've been using it on a white background swirled and am trying to get orange flowers on top but I'm having trouble with the orange. I've tried every coral color I own and it turns brown and trans striking orange over white is too dark for the color I'm looking for. Any suggestions?

Have you tried #422-Orange? Or maybe a coral over white?

I would suggest white and then an orange on top so that you don't get the icky reaction

Ahh ok so the coral turning brown is a reaction to the frit? So I can try my coral over white to avoid that? Thanks Corri!

That could be the reason. I find that coral doesn't play well with certain colors. turns all brown. Or there is always my coral that is a great color until I melt it then it turns grey...

what about a striking orange on top of white?
I tried striking orange on white but it came out darker than I wanted. Hmm it actually looks red...I wonder if my striking orange and striking red were switched around by the supplier! Seems the last time I made a 'red' bead it came out orange lol.
