Japanese torch etc

I have a question. I purchased the new Tonbo-Dama Japanese Glass Beads that everyone was raving about after the Gathering. They have a torch that angles straight up with lots of surface area for the flame, and it has a ring thing that fits around it with a flat lip that they apparently use to warm things (and maybe even fuse a little because later on they show some fused twisties). Anyway, this is the NEATEST BOOK!!!, but does anyone know anything about this torch? Is it something that we could get here etc. etc Thanks

I had remembered an old thread about this topic and did a search to find it. Took me a while because I couldn't remember where I had seen it or what the title was. Turns out it had about the same name as this one and I was making it more difficult than necessary as usual. Lol!
